Morning Eagle Rays,

We got the official word the main pool is back open!  We'd also like to inform everyone that Alison Killebrew, one of our coordinators, is moving this week.  We'd like to thank her for all she has done for our program and wish her the best of luck.  She'll be missed!

Meet Declaration & Jobs:  Please declare your swimmers for the HOME meet this week against Deer Run HERE by Monday at 10:00 PM.  Also, volunteer jobs will open at 12:00 PM today.  Click HERE to volunteer.

Picture Day - Tuesday, June 4th - No practices this day - Please RSVP HERE

• Please wear team suit, no swim cap
• Begin individual pictures 9:00am
  • 6 & under - 9:00 am (arrive by 8:50 am)
  • 7/8 - 9:20 am
  • 9/10 - 9:40 am
  • 11+ - 10:00 am
• Whole group picture around 10:30 am - arrive at 10:15 am if ONLY doing the team picture. Group picture will be taken after all individual pictures.
• LOCATION: Main Pool
• PAYMENT METHODS: Check (made out prior to pictures to Rachel Yatteau) or Venmo Only.  
• ORDER FORM: Picture order form must be filled out in its entirety BEFORE picture day. Also, if you are paying by check, please have the check filled out BEFORE you come to pictures, so we can make sure this goes as quickly as possible.  Order form is attached.
• SIBLING PICTURES:  If you would like a sibling picture, please make sure to make note on the order form and add the fee to your check or Venmo payment.  
• DELIVERY OF PICTURES: Pictures are in digital form only. They will be uploaded to an online gallery and a link distributed for you to download your photos. Make sure to fill out your email address on the order form. 
• OVERLAY ON TEAM PHOTOS: All team photos come with your club name and the year printed on them. 

Gold Stroke Clinic - Wednesday, June 5th:  Chattahoochee Gold Swim will be hosting a stroke clinic during practice.
