Practices
We are heading into the pool next week. Remember to bring a towel, goggles, and sunscreen. The practice schedule is as follows until school gets out for the summer:
In School Pool Practice begins Monday, May 13th thru May 23rd (Monday thru Friday)
- 4:00-4:30 pm – 6 and under
- 4:30-5:15 pm - 7/8
- 5:15-6:00 pm – 9/10
- 6:00-7:00 pm - 11+

Dive Certification
All new swimmers and swimmers who are 10 and under will need to get their dive certification completed. Dive certification is this Friday, May 17th. Please make sure to be at this practice!
Personalized Towels
If you are interested in purchasing a personalized towel for your swimmer for $25, please email Mary Denis at [email protected] by this Friday, May 17th. She'll be placing one more order for the season.
Upcoming Important Dates
- May 23rd - Time Trials (please try to make this practice) during regular practice times
- May 23rd - Virtual New Parent Meeting at 8:00 PM (Zoom details to follow)
- May 30th - 1st Meet at Arbor View
- June 4th - Individual & Team Pictures (if you are planning on having pictures taken, please click HERE to RSVP)
- June 5th - Gold Stroke Clinic during practice
