Good afternoon,

If your swimmer is interested in taking their swimming to the next level and participating in the state meet, Cherokee County hosts a qualifying meet on June 25, 2023.  The information is attached.  The deadline for submission is June 16, 2023 and the fee for entry is $30.00 per athlete.  If you have additional questions, please contact Bill Waldo at the Cherokee County Aquatics Center at 678-880-4780.

It is important to note that interested swimmers will need 4 items to secure their spot in the meet.

1. Meet Entry Form – it is page 4 included in the attached document
2. Concussion Form – it is page 6 included in the attached document
3. Copy of Birth Certificate or Passport (for proof of age)
4. Payment

These 4 items will be needed for each swimmer and submitted to the front desk at the aquatic center. Please review the attached and let me know if there is anything you see missing or needs clarifying. Looking forward to a great meet.
